A new study from the University of Chicago at Illinois indicates that “cancer cells take over the communication between the fallopian tube and the ovary to create an environment that is more hospitable to its growth”. This, along with increased norepinephrine levels causes cancer cells to spread from the fallopian tube to the ovary.  


One way to slow the spread of breast cancer cells? Eat a diet rich in marine omega-3 fatty acids.


A step in the right direction. The American Academy of Pediatrics has published a statement that will help pediatricians give better care to their transgender patients. The ultimate goal is "understanding who each individual child is, and supporting them on that journey.”
