8 ways to remember to take your Uqora

Getting into a new routine can be hard. You may have heard the theory that it takes 21 days to make a habit. But, it actually can take much longer. Some studies have shown that forming a habit can actually take closer to 66 days!

But, don’t get discouraged. We have a list of 8 different tricks to help you remember to take your Uqora each day. It’s important to find a method that works best for you and your lifestyle. You can take Uqora products at any time of day, it’s really just about finding a time that works for you.

Our favorite habit-forming tips:

1. Set a reminder or an alarm on your phone:

If you’re like us, you pretty much always have your phone handy. Setting an alarm or digital reminder is a simple way to never miss a dose.

2. Cross off days on a calendar:

If you’re more of a visual person, the act of crossing something out can help. Plus, it’s pretty validating to see all the days you’ve accomplished as you continue on in the journey!

3. Keep them where you can see them:

We recommend keeping your Uqora visible next to items you already use daily - like next to your toothbrush! Or maybe at your work desk. It’s easier to forget if they’re hidden in a drawer or medicine cabinet — as they say, out of sight out of mind!

4. Take with a meal:

Another easy way to remember is to take them with your breakfast or morning coffee. If you prefer later in the day, lunch or dinner works too!

5. Have an accountability buddy:

Whether it’s a partner, roommate or simply your BFF having someone help remind you is a big benefit. It’s always a way to open up the conversation about urinary health with others, which we are all about.

6. Take with your birth control or any other vitamins you may already be taking:

If you’re already taking vitamins or birth control, just add on your Uqora! Uqora does not interfere with birth control or other vitamins.

7. Don't Break the Chain app:

This is a fun visual aid that some of our team members have found addicting! Don't Break the Chain is an app you can download on your phone to log your progress. It’s really fun to see how long you can go without skipping a day (aka breaking the chain).

8. Add Uqora to your “getting ready” routine:

Maybe you’re not into apps or calendars, but you have a nightly or morning routine that you never stray from. Simply add Uqora into your “getting ready” routine and pretty soon, you’ll notice if you’ve forgotten your Uqora step. Confession: we’ve actually jumped out of bed after realizing we missed a step in our bedtime routine!

Consistency with the products yield the best results so we hope you find a habit-forming tip that works best for you! We’re cheering you on every step of the way.
