As the eCommerce Website Manager for Women’s health brands Uqora and Equelle you will manage and optimize on-site experience proactively coming up with ways to improve the consumer journey. You’ll be responsible for roadmap planning, developing, implementing, and managing the site user experience and for our site testing strategy aimed at improving site metrics and our customer experience. 

A sampling of what you’ll be doing: 

  • Translate business goals into effective website strategy. Own the website roadmap, enhancements, backlog, QA, and A/B testing strategy/execution to deliver great customer experiences and optimized site performance. Proactively come up with site tests to improve: conversion rate, funnel conversion rate, subscription rate, product mix (including bundle take rate) $/visitor, and more.  
  • Collaborate with retention, acquisition, retail, and customer success teams to ensure channel marketing is supported with necessary website reporting, landing page, and site tests to improve overall business performance and consumer experience.
  • Own website projects from conceptualization, development, QA and post-launch performance. Work cross-functionally to deliver the site user experience enhancements for channel marketing, brand initiatives, and product launches, Own the website portion of channel, product, and brand launches. Partner with the brand team to bring the Uqora brand to life on-site within brand style guides in a way that drives consumers to take action.  
  • Develop and manage all website analytics using Google Analytics. Using web analytics, heat mapping, user insights, customer chat and industry inspiration to improve upon current baselines, and look for new metrics to track and improve upon. Report out on performance proactively to cross-functional partners.
  • Lead website user experience testing strategy. Look for ways to improve the website to drive new user product comprehension/adoption and existing user stickiness/retention. Pair qualitative exploration from Uqora’s passionate consumer base with quantitative analytics to deliver improved navigation, usability, on-page user experience, landing page performance, website conversion rate, customer retention and site performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and eCommerce best practices through research, networking, and industry events. Research and recommend new features and changes to our website to support business growth and improved consumer experience. Iterate on homepage, category page, product pages and the subscriber portal to maximize customer site metrics and lifetime value.
  • Be the key account manager for the website development partners and eCommerce partners including: Shopify and Recharge.
  • Escalate, prioritize and manage all website issues that impact visitors and subscribers across the website and subscriber portal. Keep internal and external teams abreast of issues, impacts, and resolution. This includes coordinating with our developer and eCommerce partners to fix issues urgently and efficiently. Manage developer hours and invoice approvals. Work collaboratively with development partners to ensure scalability and extensibility of new site functionality
  • Bonus (but not required): design proficiency: create design files for all website designs and printed materials 
  • Core KPIs: website conversion rate, bundled product mix (new customers), rate of subscription (new customers), and customer LTV/renewal rate (with subscriber/customer portal)

Salary Range: 

  • The salary range for this position is $100K - $120K

Required Experience: 

  • 3-5+ years relevant eCommerce or direct-to-consumer experience
  • Expert-level experience with Google Analytics, setting up A/B tests on Google optimize, pixel implementation, site data analytics, and heat mapping software
  • Experience with Shopify, the Shopify app ecosystem, and subscription management via Recharge

Nice-to-have experience:

  • HTML, CSS
  • Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
  • Bachelor’s degree
