Orders are currently arriving within 6 days on average

We fulfill all of our orders with USPS. The USPS is working extremely hard to ensure safety for their employees while also dealing with unprecedented volumes in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. We know it's frustrating to have less visibility than normal into shipping times, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to get Uqora to you as soon as we possibly can.

How long does it take for Uqora to fulfill orders?
Our average fulfillment time is 0.5 day. Orders placed Monday-Friday are fulfilled within 24 hours. All orders placed end of business day Friday or over the weekend are fulfilled first thing Monday. You will receive a separate tracking email when your order has left the warehouse. On average, Uqora domestic orders are delivered within 4 days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive from the time I place my order?
Right now, the average time to arrival is 4 days. Note that this is an average, and some people may experience higher wait times depending on USPS demand. Again, we really thank you for your patience and are hustling to make everything happen as quickly as we can!

What does my shipment status mean?

  • Pre-transit: once we fulfill your order, we pass it over to USPS. Once your order is in USPS's hands, your tracking info is updated to reflect that it's in 'pre-shipment'—AKA safely in the USPS's possession and in queue to be shipped. When things are running smoothly, this pre-shipment stage won't last long.
  • In-transit: your order has shipped! This means your order is in route to you and will be arriving at your address shortly.
  • Delivered: you will receive a separate email when your order has been marked as delivered by USPS 🎉 — that's your queue to check your mailbox, front porch, or if you live in a building complex, the front desk or mailroom.

I'm worried about gaps in my subscription. What can I do?
If your shipment time is taking longer than usual, we recommend processing your subscription renewal early to try and avoid any outages. To do this, you can log in to your subscription, click 'edit' next to your next renewal date, and select 'ship tomorrow' from the drop down. You can also reach out to us at support@uqora.com—we're happy to help process your order early.

A note to our Canadian customers: We are still shipping to Canada, but please note that Canada Post has announced that additional COVID-19 restrictions are currently resulting in longer-than-normal shipping and customs delays, which can cause up to 2-3 week delays.
