Does Uqora have caffeine in it?

Green tea leaf extract is an ingredient in Defend, but the caffeine is removed during the extraction process, leaving only a small amount. This small amount is unlikely to have a stimulating effect, but individuals who are highly sensitive to caffeine may prefer to take Defend earlier in the day.

    The End of UTIS!

    I've had recurring problems for EVER. So sick of antibiotics and the visits to doctor. I went on the full regime. Last antibiotic was in February 2026. As of today - June 9, no problems. I have the Emergency Kit so I can self test if it occurs. I'm 90. Wish I'd known this route decades ago!
