Uqora’s Project Manager: CPG and E-commerce will play an important role in bringing our product ideas to life through driving projects for cross-functional teams. This role partners with Project Leaders to guide and facilitate project teams through the product development processes and cross-functional commercial projects.

A sample of what you will be doing

  • Partnering with various cross-functional teams to manage product development projects within the innovation pipeline. 
  • Leverage strong communication skills to lead project teams through challenges and work with key stakeholders (higher, peer, lower in the organizational structure) via influencing and negotiating. 
  • Accountable for developing detailed project plans with defined timelines, dependencies, owner of activities and resource requirements. 
  • Proactively manage scope changes and project risk, and communicate openly with secondary and tertiary stakeholders when scope or project risk changes occur. 
  • Coach, mentor and motivate project team members, influencing them to take action and accountability for their assigned work. 
  • Works within the Operations Department to look for and implement continuous process improvement opportunities that help make theirs and others’ jobs easier and more efficient. 

 Required Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of project management role experience, preferably in a start-up or brand portfolio environment, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience overall.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods required. E-commerce preferred. Project management of innovation and commercial projects preferred.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication - Proven ability to effectively communicate throughout organization: up, across and down  
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills - Drives accountability by influencing, encouraging, and motivating; effective at working in a matrix  
  • Excellent Organizational and Problem Solving Skills - Demonstrated process orientation, even in changing or ambiguous situations  
  • Strong Leadership Skills - Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams in a range of projects  
  •  Ability to drive several projects simultaneously to completion 
  • Certification in project management methodology (required), Proficient in Agile methodologies or Six Sigma Methodologies (preferred). 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Slack and Project Management tools. Asana experience preferred.

  • Annual Pay Range: $89,100 - $133,600 (This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
