CVS stores and CVS.com accept returns for exchange or refund of unopened products within 60-days of purchase. If purchased in store, please return your product to any CVS with a receipt to receive a cash refund (excludes taxes). If you purchased online at CVS.com, items may be returned by mail within 60 days of purchase. Call CVS Customer Care at 1-888-607-4CVS (1-888-607-4287) before returning items by mail. The CVS support team will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately.
