One of the symptoms I was having when I hit menopause was the frequent urination at night. I also had way more urges to go during the day time as well. Then I had a bad UTI that wasn't going away without a fight. I can't drink cranberry juice because it upsets my stomach, so the only other option for lowering UTIs was for me to take Cranberry Extract, which I started to do. Then I saw an ad for Uqora and read the stories about how it was working for women like myself, going through menopause and how frequent urination was happening to them, then it subsided with the Defend. I started to take Defend in early 2025 and I haven't looked back. The urges have been reduced quite a bit. I still have to get up a few times at night, but its not as much as before I started Defend. I have not had a UTI since I have started it. I still take Cranberry as an "Extra" supplement to lower my chances of a UTI, but I think Defend is the one that is really helping me with the urgencies.
