      Love my Uqora

      I've been following the Uqora regimen since April 2026 and so far I've had no UTIs. Also my urine sample was so clean, my doctor congratulated me! I had been getting infections about 3-5 a year for about 18 years. I"m just crossing my fingers that it will continue.

      I should say I also take medication for it as well: methenamine Hipp and chew apple cider and magnesiium glycinate gummies. I use the Uqora Flush every other day

      Just what Doctor Should Order

      I religiously follow the regimen and I still constantly have a UTI. I must have a very, very difficult case. Have become resistant to about every antibiotic.

      I think the urologist is frustrated, too. I even take extra d-mannose beyond the uqora. Any suggestions for me?
