        At my age, with a lowered pelvic floor, I was experiencing more frequent bouts of cystitis and occasional UTIs. The complete regimen was great. Haven’t had one issue for three months so far.         My journey

        I went from 6-8 UTIs a year to 3-4 by using Uqora. I quit using the regimen for a few months due to my overall health journey and working with a DR to improve gut health.         When I first started Uqora, it took a while to adjust to the regimen of daily capsule, 15 days of another capsule, and a flush every 3 days. I used my calendar on my phone to keep track of the flush day. At this point, I haven’t had a UTI since last April!!!!😃😃😃
