    Uqora Defend Review

    I've been taking Uqora Defend for several years. I have had UTIs in the past and I don't want to get them again. Defend is the only product I take to strengthen my body against infections. Obviously I can't say if taking the product has prevented me from getting infections because I would have to stop taking it to find out. But the integrity of the product is strong so I choose not to stop taking it.

    I have also had a history of prostatitis which mimics UTIs, but when I have been tested for a UTI, there has not been a positive test result for that. This is not medical advice of course, but again, another reason why I feel confident taking Defend.
