Defend & Promote | 3 month supply

I'd been using the entire Defend-Promote-Flush regime as directed for almost four years, and I haven't had a UTI for 19 months. Lately, though, I've begun taking only one Defend each day -- almost kind of tempting the fates and wondering if I need to be using it (and paying for it) at all anymore. Additionally, I liked it better when I took a Promote every day because then I didn't have to think about it or mark my calendar to remember to begin taking it again on the first day of each new month. And I've had my Flush subscription on Hold for nine months because I had quite a few boxes built up and each new shipment included boxes with the same expiration date that was on the boxes delivered earlier. All in all, I guess, I am not quite as high on Uqora as I once was, but I still think its products are good and that they work.

Restarted Defend and Promote in January of this year and haven’t had a UTI since then. I had stopped using Uqora after my hysterectomy and lived to regret that decision. I only use the Flush occasionally since I am not currently sexually active. I am 69 years old and post menopausal and had been having 4-5 UTIs per year.
