    One year in the clear

    Before I started UQORA Flush and Defend, I had 5 UTIs in an 11 month stretch of time.     Relief!

    I wasn't sure if anything would help but Uqora flush has. No more discomfort and I didn't need antibiotics. The Defend I should have taken but delayed it . I now have begun the defend to hopefully prevent further frequent uti.
