    I have had less UTI's since starting.

    i have been taking all the products for quite a while. Sometimes I think I need not take the dosage suggested and then I seem to get problems again. However, I switched from the cranberry back to the pink lemonade as I disliked how difficult the cranberry was to blend and didnt like that it was too powdery and seemed to float out into the aif.

    Wonderful Product

    I have been using Uqora products for over 10 years and am very pleased with the results. My reason for starting to use the Flush & Defend was an attempt to alleviate itching and occasional yeast infections. I have not had any issues with that since using it.
