    I haven't had a UTI in a year or more

    I have diabetes (and I am very well behaved; my A1c is 5). My medication moves any sugar in my system out of my body through my urine...and there is nothing my urethra likes more than sugar... and, poof, UTI. But not for me because of Uquora.

    The 3-month deliveries are fine. I put the packets of Uquora in a box from which I gather 20 packets and put them in a small mug next to my pill case. Defend capsules go right in my daily pill case.

    Marked Improvement!
