Uqora’s products are safe to take alongside birth control unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.
You can take Defend and Promote, even if you are on antibiotics (unless otherwise instructed by your doctor). We recommend getting started right away! Flush contains potassium and potassium citrate. It can be important to monitor intake of these when taking the following antibiotics: Sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, ciprofloxacin, and levofloxacin. If you’re taking any of those antibiotics, you should not drink Flush until you’re finished with your antibiotic treatment.
Uqora Control contains curcumin, which has a possible contraindication with the blood thinner warfarin. If you take warfarin or similar blood thinners, we recommend speaking with your physician before taking Uqora Control. We also always recommend checking with your physician about any questions or concerns you may have about your specific medication(s).
