Response to COVID 19

We’re doing everything we can to keep our entire Uqora community safe in the face of COVID-19. We know urinary health is as important than ever, and we’re working hard to continue to support our customers.

The people handling your orders are taking extra safety precautions: Our orders are fulfilled by a trusted partner in a warehouse that has been condensed to 10 employees or less. The packing stations are cleaned and sanitized once per hour and the temperatures of all employees are taken throughout the day to check for fevers. All employees are wearing gloves and face masks.


We fulfill most US orders within 1 business day, and they are shipping at normal speeds but may be affected by larger USPS delays. We’re continuing to fulfill orders on time (1 day), but we are seeing some longer-than-normal transit times due to increased mail volume and added safety precautions. All of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class. While our orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, we are seeing that some orders are taking closer to 7 days in transit. We wish we could do more to ensure quick shipments during these unusual times, and really appreciate your patience. To check the status of your delivery, please refer to your tracking link.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are experiencing some delays and disruptions. Our ability to service our customers outside of the U.S. is changing quickly. Some countries are not accepting international shipments, and some still are but are experiencing delays.
