ELIGIBILITY

Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., and the ten (10) provinces of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older, may enter. Not open to employees, officers or directors—or to members of the immediate family or household of any of the foregoing—of Uqora, or any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising/promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes promotion (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Uqora x Uqora Collective Facebook Group (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on 1/7/26 at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 1/9/26 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time‑keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Be a member of “The Uqora Collective”, a private Facebook Group affiliated with Uqora

• Like the Sweepstakes post

• Comment on the Sweepstakes post

• Only one comment will be counted for an entry into the Sweepstakes

All steps must be completed from a single Facebook account. Automated or scripted entries are prohibited. By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Any information submitted will be subject to the Uqora privacy policies.

WINNERS SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winners of the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected on or about 1/10/26 from among all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by Facebook Messenger direct message to the account used for entry. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZES/ODDS

One (1) prize for ten randomly selected winners:

• One (1) box of Flush Advanced Plus (valued at up to $30)

No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Allow 4‑6 weeks after validation for delivery of prize.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

Each potential winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes and any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, and may be required to execute Prize Claim Documents. If a winner is a minor in his or her state of residence, Sponsor may, at its option, award the prize in the name of a parent or legal guardian who must sign all required documents.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide without further compensation except where prohibited by law. You agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (a) are released from any and all liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes or prize, and (b) have made no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to the prize.

By entering, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action; (b) any claims shall be limited to reasonable, actual out‑of‑pocket costs and in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) you waive any right to punitive, incidental, consequential or multiplied damages. These rules and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in San Diego County, California.

No responsibility is assumed for technical malfunctions, lost or misdirected entries, or any errors of any kind.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, or other causes impair the integrity of the promotion. Only the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. If more prize claims are received than the number specified, winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible claims.

For the winner’s name(s) (available after 1/10/26) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self‑addressed stamped envelope to: Uqora Brand Team, 4250 Executive Sq San Diego, CA 92037. Requests must be received by 2/10/26.
