    This product is life changing. I wish I knew about it sooner. If you are starting to have sex for the first time, buy this product and be proactive about your urinary health. I didn’t do that and had repeat UTIs for several months and had 3+ courses of antibiotics - so scary! This product is the reason I’ve been free of UTIs for 3 months and feeling so much better!     life changing

    This product saved my life! I've had UTIs for 11 years, but kept them somewhat under control with D-mannose pills and N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) until last year. I got stuck in a cycle of recurring infections that was... indescribable. You all know how it is. Together with giving up alcohol, caffeine, s*x, travel, and just about all other fun/normal activities for ~5 months, strictly adhering to this regimen helped me slowly improve over time. Healing did not happen overnight, but it wouldn't have been possible without this combo, particularly the Flush. Honestly, after 1 month on this regimen, I felt like I had made significant progress.

    The thing that put me over the edge from "almost healed" to "healed" was a prescription for methenamine from my otherwise uninsightful urogynecologist that I waited 7 months for an appointment with.
