    Something is working.

    I’ve been using Defend for quite awhile now, maybe a year or more. I haven’t had a UTI since last May. Several factors are in place estrogen cream , increasing fluids. I’m going to continue what I’m doing.

    Defend has been SO helpful!

    I started taking this supplement several years ago after dealing with no less than 10 UTI's a year... and that even when on a low dose preventive antibiotic!!     2 pills a day keeps the UTI's away

    I was constantly getting UTI's, almost on a weekly basis and thought I would try Uqora. I've been taking it now for several years and it really does help tremendously! Every so often a UTI will pop up, but not as bad and it doesn't last as long. I'll take once in a blue moon over a weekly basis any day!
