    So far so good!

    I have been taking cranberry extract and d-mannose for a year or two and have recently added the flush to my regiment. I’m not sure yet if it will extend the time between infections as I have only been taking it for a month. Regardless, I find it easy to take every few nights and after sex . The flavor is not too bad and it dissolves easily in water with no clumps or residue at the bottom of the glass.
