    Very effective!

    Had a series of UTI's overall few months after years of not having them. First one almost put me in the hospital! 49 now, had a full hysterectomy around 42 and never needed estrogen. As soon as one UTI was resolved with antibiotics, within 2 weeks would develop another. During the last one, decided to try Uquora. Helped within a few weeks! Was also prescribed intravaginal estrogen after last UTI. I decided to add the Uquora probiotics as well.

    The Flush and defend DEFINITELY helped I think in between the last UTI and starting the estrogen. Obviously the estrogen has helped, but I would occasionally still notice some mild burning with voiding. once I added the Uqora probiotic though, that completely resolved! I think even with the estrogen, I still needed a flora rebalance.

    I'm staying on the defend and next month I'm going to do another round of the probiotic. I'm a nurse and often skeptical about supplement claims and safety. Uquora works!! Highly recommend!!

    Love my Uqora

    I have had one start of a UTI since I started taking Uqora which was totally all my fault because I was doing so well I forgot to take my Flush regularly. As soon as I as I thought I was getting a UTI I took the Flush for 3 days and saved myself from what was all too familiar another UTI. Can’t remember how long I have been taking it but must be close to 3 years.

    Tastes great...

    So I drink a bottle of water every morning with the Flush powder +, and that's probably great for my kidneys and bladder. I've been taking the d-mannos as well, not sure any of it is doing anything, I don't feel any different. I haven't had a UTI in the time I've been taking it, but I have gone 2 months without a recurrence before. I wish it was less expensive, if I don't have "feel" significantly different at the end of the 3 months they recommend, I will probably switch to 100% cranberry juice. Similar results.

    I had a UTI every month (sometimes twice a month) for six months in a row. My urologist had nothing to offer other than more antibiotics.
