    It took a couple of months, but……

    I’ve been taking this additional supplement for a little less than a year & I'm finally feeling like it’s given me quite a bit more control. I don’t ‘leak’ as often (actually, almost never!) a driving I don’t need to go as frequently. I manage a community garden & we don’t have access to nearby restroom facilities. I’ve noticed that I can go several hours before heading on the trek to the porta-potties at the rec center across the way. I used to make that trek several times in an 8 hr day, whereas now I can make it thru the whole day with only one trip.
