    Defend & Promote really work!

    I was having as many as 5 to 6 UTIs a year before I started using Defend and Promote. I no longer need to use the prescriptions from my Urologist and have only had one UTI in the last 5 years! I am very happy with these results as some the Rx's prescribed were quite expensive, usually Tier 4 on most medical plans, and didn't seem to stop the recurring UTIs.

    I would say I've been taking this stuff for about 5 or 6 years prior to that I lived with constant UTI problems. I have a lot of problems with my bladder doesn't work properly so it didn't empty all the way and cause the UTIs since taking this I have been UTI free!!

    UTI’s Gone!!

    I have taken Defend and Promote for several years. Before taking, I had constant UTIs after sex or sometimes just because. Since I started taking several years ago, I have not had any UTI’s.! This really works. Try it and give yourself relief and confidence!

    I have been subscribed to Uqora for the past SIX years. I have no social media accounts and so it is a rare occasion indeed for me to post anything. I do believe Uqora has met a unique need in my medical situation, having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Recurrent UTIs after seemingly endless PC and Urologist appointments. I have not been seen for either condition since I began the Defend & Promote regimen. I have been able to decrease my use of Flush, but each time I am grateful for the results and also occasionally use the Wash.
