This plus 2 other of your supplements seem to be reducing the onset of my UTIs. As a male I was initially dubious and actually stopped my initial trial.
Started again and I’m pleased. Taking the Flush routine seems to really help.

I've suffered from chronic non-infectious prostatitis for years now with multiple triggers that I'm just not able to avoid completely (certain [spicy] foods, alcohol, coffee, stress, etc). I've been unable to tolerate NSAIDs long term, so I took a chance on the Uqora regimen after contacting them and asking about it's utility for male GU issues. After being on their supplements (I'm on others too, but without reliable symptom suppression) for several months, by symptoms are MUCH better, and the flares I used to get frequently have tremendously diminished, as have their durations (weeks down to a couple days). Maybe it's in my head, but I'm not chancing stopping the therapy.
