Can I switch the payment method on my Uqora subscription to renew with my HSA/FSA card?
Yes! First, you'll want to log in to your account here. To edit your email, shipping/billing address and payment method, click on the tab labeled 'Address & Payment Information'. What documentation would I need to have on hand to prove eligibility for my Uqora order?
For all products that you are purchasing with HSA/FSA, you’ll need your Uqora receipt (more info on how to access that below) as proof of eligibility in the case of an IRS audit. If you are buying Uqora’s proactive care supplements (Flush, Defend and Promote), then you’ll also need to keep a copy of this one-page form completed by your doctor, and a record of your medical visit with your doctor.
How do I find my Uqora receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursement and/or documentation?
If you do not have a subscription and purchased as a one-time order, you can utilize your order confirmation email as your receipt.
If you have a subscription with Uqora, you can access a receipt in your subscriber portal. 1) Access your subscription link here, 2) Once in your subscriber portal, click on 'Order History', 3) Click on the order you need receipt for, click on 'View Order Details', 4) Right click and click 'print' to print the page with all necessary information for HSA/FSA reimbursement and documentation.
