    It Works!

    I'm 62 and have been taking Defend for about two years. I was beginning to have multiple UTIs. My daughter introduced me to Uqora, and I haven't had an UTI since!     So far so good!

    I’ve been taking the promote/Defend/Flush combo for around two years, maybe more. I was getting UTI’s about every 1-2 years but since starting Uqora, I have not had any (knock on wood!). It’s an easy regimen to follow and seems to be working wonders for me! I have recommended to friends and family as well. The only tricky part can be with drinking the flush after sex, especially if it’s right at bed time. Then I’m up peeing all night, but it’s still worth it to me to not have to deal with UTIs!! I will continue taking this for as long as I can.
