    High hopes

    Although I’ve only been using for a bit over a month, I feel I see much improvement. The frequency seems to have diminished somewhat, it’s hard to tell, during sleeping hours and that urge that hits hard during day seems to be not as frequent. My fingers are crossed for a total recovery
