My Uqora Journey

My Uqora Journey My first UTI was in July of 2015. At first it was every few months and then began to be more frequent. By 2021 I would finish the antibiotic and within 2 weeks I would have another. Most of the cultures would come back negative every time so I was so frustrated! I have other health issues that add to my UTI problems such as Asthma so I take steroids so I have dryer skin. I have found that what I eat also effects my UTI health. If I eat tomato based foods for a couple of days I will have a flare up. So keep up with what you eat. I use the whole system plus the wash and will not be without it.
